- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch/shipment
- Once the order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund

- If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, the full amount will be refunded
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 1–3 business days.
Refunds may be approved in exceptional circumstances, including:
- The product is not received (lost in transit)
- A wrong product is delivered
- The product is damaged during shipping
