We offer refunds only in cases where an order is cancelled before it has been shipped.

Order Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch/shipment
  • Once the order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund

Refund Process (Cancellation Before Shipment)

  • If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, the full amount will be refunded
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 1–3 business days.


Refunds may be approved in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • The product is not received (lost in transit)
  • A wrong product is delivered
  • The product is damaged during shipping

Refund Process 

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 1–4 business days.

Eligibility for Returns

  • After dispatch, the replacement is typically delivered within 4–7 business days
